Wegens ziekte zag Gracie Abrams zich genoodzaakt om haar concert, dat gepland stond op vrijdag 28 februari in Vorst Nationaal, te annuleren. De Amerikaanse artieste heeft nu een nieuwe datum voor haar concert vastgelegd. Gracie Abrams komt op maandag 23 juni naar Vorst Nationaal.
Aangekochte tickets voor de oorspronkelijke datum blijven geldig voor de nieuwe datum.

Dankzij haar kwetsbare teksten en beklijvende stem mag Gracie Abrams onder andere Olivia Rodrigo, Lorde en Taylor Swift tot haar fans rekenen. Geïnspireerd door songwriters als Joni Mitchell schreef de jonge Amerikaanse haar eerste nummer toen ze acht was. Haar debuutalbum 'Good Riddance', geproducet door Aaron Dessner van The National, gaf haar de kans om zich open te stellen over een periode van intense veranderingen in haar leven. Met nummers als “Where do we go now?” en “i know it won't work” zorgde dit album voor nog meer eerlijkheid en diepgang in haar songwriting. Tijdens haar tweede album ‘The Secret of Us’, dat werd gemaakt kort nadat Gracie Abrams de support mocht verzorgen tijdens de Eras Tour van Taylor Swift in de VS, speelde ze voor het eerst zelf een actieve rol in het productieproces. ‘The Secret of Us' is opnieuw een samenwerking van de jonge Amerikaanse en haar vaste producer Aaron Dessner. Het album brengt een gedurfde nieuwe levendigheid in haar songwriting en nodigt luisteraars uit om te genieten van hun eigen meest intense emoties met liedjes zoals “Close To You”, “I Love You, I’m Sorry” en “That’s So True”. Due to illness, Gracie Abrams was forced to cancel her concert scheduled for Friday 28 February at Forest National. The American artist has now set a new date for her concert. Gracie Abrams will come to Forest National on Monday 23 June.
